Although you might be starting to feel senioritis in your veins, these next few weeks are critical as to how well you do on your IB exams. I am giving you some tips to do well on your exams.
1. Plan ahead
Give yourself a layout of what you are going to study every day. Make sure you take heed as to which exams are occurring first. Don’t cram one subject into one day. For example, one day you study the Mexican Revolution reform phase and another day you study World War II causes.
2. Give yourself a break
If you stress yourself out too much on studying, it’s not going to be easy to recall anything. Take a moment to relax every hour or so by grabbing a bite or listening to a few songs.
3. Read ALL your syllabi
The people who make our IB exams make sure all questions fall under the syllabi – so why not used it as a guide?
4. Get plenty of sleep and eat balanced meals throughout ALL of jail break
8 hours is ideal. It has been shown that you can recall things better after a good night’s sleep (that means no all nighters). Eating a balanced meal is essential to gaining energy.
5. If you are weak in a subject material, get into a study group
Study groups are good when necessary. If you know your subject material very well and you have a study group, it becomes a waste of time. Focus on the things you don’t know in the subject material and teach the things you do know to other members of the group.
6. Breathe
The IB faculty has prepared us for this moment for four years. Be confident and good luck!
